APEX, N.C. - AJ€™s Food Mart, owned by Hitesh Patel, recently added truck and trailer rentals to his convenience store business by partnering with U-Haul.

AJ's Food Mart is offering customers a variety of moving equipment and supplies as well as sales on items to protect their customers' belongings and make moving easier, such as heavy-duty boxes.

"U-Haul is proud to be partnering with a quality independent business such as AJ's Food Mart," said Paul Smedberg, president of U-Haul Company of Raleigh, in a press release. "Hitesh is a great example of the type of successful business relationship U-Haul has established in order to build and maintain a strong network of more than 15,000 independent dealers across North America."

Earlier this month two Tennessee c-store operators added U-Haul services to their operations: Neighbor Food Mart in Jackson, and Kwik Sak 624 in Nashville. In January a BP station in Edgewood, Maryland, and a Glacier 76 Gas Station in Everett, Washington, became U-Haul dealers.
