Chris Young has been Director of Store Systems for The Pantry, Inc. for the past seven years and has responsibility for the company’s Corporate Helpdesk and Retail Automation groups.  He has over 13 years of experience implementing and supporting Retail Technology solutions.  Chris has provided direction for The Pantry’s successful efforts to establish numerous site-level automation initiatives over the years.  He and his team are currently engaged in a POS Implementation project which will bring synergy between the business and IT strategies across the company’s entire 1600 + stores.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.  He and his family live in New Hill, North Carolina.
