Patti Safford was formerly the IT and Pricebook Manager for a mid-size retailer and has 14 years of experience in the petroleum / convenience retail industry. Her experience includes senior level management team participation and decision making for retail technology. Other responsibilities included project managing the implementation and all upgrade processes of two store retail technology packages including POS, Back Office, Home Office and Accounting.  Patti's experience also includes: setup, rollout and daily maintenance of two Central Pricebook systems, has developed and managed the day to day maintenance of a store support center, implemented RF vendor receiving with line item receiving and auditing. She was responsible for coordinating the development and setup of a data warehouse for Business Intelligence reporting to meet the needs of senior management and all department leaders.  Most recently Patti joined the Impact 21 team to share her industry knowledge and lead clients in automation and technology projects.  She enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience with the industry by speaking at industry events including several appearances at NACStech workshops.
