Doug brings a diverse skill set to W. Capra which includes experience in retail technology, payment strategy, organizational design, operational and strategic execution, vendor management and supply chain integration. Doug has demonstrated strong leadership and commitment to the payment industry through his participation in PCATS, NACS and many other industry organizations. Through direct client experience and public speaking engagements he has had significant exposure to many of the nation's leading retailers and is in tune with the rapid changes and evolution of the payment industry. He is passionate about extending the value of an organization through optimizing payment systems and products that challenge existing acceptance models.

Doug holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Industrial Distribution Management from the University of Illinois. He also applies his leadership talents to community issues and not-for-profit organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and Chicago Cares.
