James Hervey has more than 10 years experience in the convenience and petroleum retailing industry. He has worked both as a retailer and a supplier to the industry, as well as spending time representing the industry on the staff of NACS – The Association for Convenience & Petroleum Retailing. Currently, James is the Manager of Global Product Marketing for Radiant Systems, Inc., a global supplier of retail technology to the industry. In this role, James works to ensure that Radiant’s products are built with the needs of the retailer and their customers put first.
