Mr. Garofolo has been with Holiday Companies for 34 Years. During that time he has supported the enterprises: Wholesale businesses for Grocery and Merchandise warehousing and distribution; as well as Retail Divisions in mass merchandise, grocery and c-stores.

During his years within the Retail and Wholesale Industries, he has served on various boards and advisory committees.

Mr. Garofolo has also held the Executive I.T. Position with Litton Industries in the Business Furniture and Equipment Group.

Mr. Garofolo is retiring in 2008.
