Considering an Effective Forecourt Marketing Strategy?
Category Management and Marketing Track
Monday, May 18 | 1:15 PM to 2:15 PM  Location: Grapevine 3-4

A customer spends roughly 6 minutes at the forecourt filling up a tank. How do you get a person from the pump into the store where hopefully they purchase something? In this session, you will hear about trends in forecourt marketing and why retailers use it to drive sales, profits and brand awareness. You will hear how retailers develop successful forecourt marketing strategies as well as what differentiates their programs, effectiveness of those programs and lessons learned.  Additionally you will learn how two very different retail organizations capture the attention of their customers. One of the retail presenters will focus on the strategic need for a concise marketing plan to drive high margin sales, promote in-store sales, boost sales of slow moving products, encourage repeat business, strengthen market position and brand. See and hear about methods another retailer has applied to deliver messaging to it’s customers. Be sure to attend Wednesday’s workshop titled “Building a Digital Marketing Plan” to learn more about in-store and forecourt digital marketing technologies.
