EXPERIENCE:
Dale is currently responsible for company wide security and the control of internal and external theft. Also her responsibilities include making sure that all Flash Foods stores meet company standards and customer satisfaction. Flash Foods is a chain of 180 convenience stores located in Georgia and Northern Florida.

Dale has thirty years of experience in the c-store business in positions ranging from manager, supervisor and district manager to current position of director of quality assurance and internal control. Those unique experiences enable her to understand opportunities and challenges from the store level perspective. She has seen check and balances evolve from stacks of paper to clicks of the mouse and uses the tools the new technologies offer to locate, indentify and eliminate profit loss in the stores. This has resulted in tremendous savings for Flash Foods.
