Bill joined PDI as a software developer in 1989. Since that time, Bill has also served as Integration Services Manager, PDI/RMS Product Development Manager, and Vice President of Customer Service.

He returned to Product Development in 2006 to manage POS integration for the PDI/Enterprise product suite. Bill represents PDI on the Board of Directors of the Petroleum Convenience Alliance for Technology Standards (PCATS) and as the vice-chair of the PCATS POS/Back Office Technical Committee.
