Ms. VanBrackle counsels financial institutions, credit card processors, and other service entities regarding their contractual, transactional and regulatory matters, including compliance with Federal and State law, privacy, information services, and electronic commerce as well as credit card association (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) rules, regulations and guidelines.  Ms. VanBrackle is a regular contributor to “Transaction Trends,” which is the official publication of the Electronic Transaction Association.

In addition, Ms. VanBrackle has extensive experience in other corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, structurings and financings.
