Roger started his career at CHS in 1980 as a project supervisor in the construction division supervising the project needs of the cooperative system including convenience stores. Roger then moved into the petroleum equipment department to manage the unattended automated fueling program in 1983 that introduced and developed the first regional credit card program using the Cenex Credit Card at 600 locations in 14 states. Beginning in 1991 CHS began the development and implementation of acceptance of major credit cards at these unattended fueling locations and continues today with 1600 retail locations of which over 1000 are convenience stores. Today Roger and his team manage 7 POS products, for both the branded and unbranded merchants, PCI compliance for both terminal and host based applications along with gift card products, POS Check processing, Remote Deposit services and IP services provided by Abierto.
