Kevin Struthers is the Executive Vice President of Fiscal Systems, Inc, where his focus is on product development, product line management and compliance. He has been in the petroleum/convenience industry for over 15 years. Fiscal Systems is a charter member of PCATS. Prior to joining Fiscal Systems, he served as the Vice President of Engineering and Manufacturing for Environ Products, Inc. He has been awarded ten patents for a diverse body of work including piping, tank geometry, pump control algorithms, network optimization, and catastrophic protection devices.
