Lisa Stewart is a Managing Partner and President of Impact 21 Group, LLC, a retail consulting company specializing in leveraging retail technologies, category management and business intelligence. Impact 21 Group has been in business supporting retailers, solution providers and the supply chain for over 10 years.
Lisa has over 18 years of practical and technical experience in the convenience store/retail industries in the areas of:
- Corporate and store level retail automation
- Retail automation strategy and analysis
Her focus has been on the internal organization, external resource alignment and process changes required to successfully integrate and leverage corporate and store level retail technologies. Before establishing Impact 21 Group, Lisa served SuperAmerica and Speedway SuperAmerica in areas of Pricebook and Retail Automation Management.
Impact 21 Group is an active PCATS Class A Member where Lisa serves as Board Member and Chair of the PCATS Technical Advisory Committee
Accomplishments:
- A long time member of the various NACS Standards committees and assisted in the development and training of the NACS EDI 101 Handbook for the Convenience Store Industry.
- Impact 21 Group authored the Store Marketing Toolkit, co-authored the NACS Future Study 2000-2005 and currently implements the NACS Category Management Framework with retailers and suppliers.
- Lisa is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in Marketing
- She has been happily married for over 15 years with two VERY active boys
