Lesley Douglas Saitta, CEO of Impact 21 Group, LLC, has over 25 years of experience in the chemical, petroleum and convenience industries. Lesley currently works closely with both domestic and international petroleum / convenience retailers, consumer goods companies, wholesalers and software providers on projects revolving around retail automation, category management data warehousing, business intelligence and Go to Market Strategies. Lesley’s focus in on building organizational alignment and leadership, infrastructure and change management to leverage these initiatives for greater returns. Lesley is currently a member of the NACS Convention Committee and has been a program director for both the Executive and Category Management Tracks for the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) as well as a regular moderator / speaker / facilitator for industry sessions on category management, scanning, and data management / warehousing. Lesley is also a regular speaker on the State of the Convenience Industry and is a co-author and presenter of the NACS Future Outlook Study 2000-2005, the NACS Category Management Framework and the NACS Marketing Toolkit for Store Operations. Prior to forming Impact 21 Group, Lesley was Vice President of Marketing for Speedway SuperAmerica LLC, Lesley also has senior management experience in sales / marketing, business development, strategic planning, product / category management and re-engineering in both domestic and international operations for both Ashland, Inc. as well as Dow Chemical Company. Lesley is a graduate of Indiana University and Indiana University's Executive Education Program.
