Kate joined Cumberland Farms in August 2009 to manage the company's communications strategy including social media, advertising, and corporate giving initiatives. Previously, Kate was with Arnell Group, a design and product innovation firm, where she held the role of Project Manager. In her role at Arnell, she managed the Fontainebleau project, developing strategy for rebranding, online advertising, and customer loyalty. Kate's marketing and strategy experience also includes positions with Target Corporation, Bose Corporation, and Unified Industries Incorporated. Kate holds a bachelor's in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University and an MBA from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management. Kate’s family owns a Sunoco A-Plus franchise in Takoma Park, MD.
