In February of 2009, David was promoted to his current position as Director of Engineering & R&D at Corporate safe. He is responsible for guiding the development of the products for both concept and production. He has also had the experience of international business travel in order to setup new suppliers overseas with his current position. David started with CSS in November of 2007 as a mechanical design engineer working on product design, quality testing, prototype development, and part procurement. After graduating from Ohio State in 2004, he took a position as a Field Sales Engineering with Rockwell Automation Power Systems. David spent a year training at headquarters in Greenville, SC and was then transferred to the Chicago area during the summer of 2005. In February of 2007 RAPS was sold to Baldor Electric. From February to November he continued as a Field Sales Engineer for the new company. He co-oped with Swagelok company in college from 2000-2003. While there, he performed tasks as a manufacturing engineer, assembly engineer, and test lab engineer.
