Wade Mosteller is the Senior Partner and co-founder of Claris Solutions Group, a team of experienced professionals helping clients solve problems in retail operations. Claris specializes in the design, development, and implementation of work force management solutions that decrease cost and increase customer service. Wade is a registered Professional Engineer and has a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. Wade is experienced in helping clients develop custom solutions for work force management including, process improvement, development of labor standards, and customer service modeling. He has spoken at the following conferences: The International Mass Retailers Association, Food Marketing Institute, and the National Retail Federation. Wade has been in retail management consulting for over 20 years starting with Webb and Shirley, moving to KPMG and now with Claris where he has been for the past 10 years.
