Charlotte Loomiller has worked for CITGO Petroleum Corporation based in Houston, TX for the last 30 years. Charlotte spent 21 years in the Information Technology department supporting Credit Card applications prior to becoming the Point of Sale Manager in 2007. She has responsibility for managing the relationship with the CITGO Network provider, Heartland Payment Systems, for both Credit Card transaction processing and Help Desk functions. She also manages CITGO’s Product Managers who support and perform quality assurance for all Point of Sale software products. In addition, she manages CITGO’s Settlement group who is responsible for CITGO Marketer credit card settlement.

Charlotte has been a member of PCATS and NACS for several years and has been on several PCATS working committees dealing with various standards surrounding Credit Card processing. Charlotte has a BS in Management from Southern Nazarene University and a mini-Masters from the University of Tulsa. She currently resides in Houston with frequent visits to her home in Tulsa.
