John has been associated with Oncor Electric Delivery and its predecessor companies for 37 years.  The first 20 years was in the Distribution Engineering organization, including stints as District Engineer and Customer Manger.  He continued his career in the corporate office in Customer Service Support.  In 1999 John became the Program Manager for the Large Commercial incentive program. 

Credentials include an Associated in Applied Science in Electrical Power Distribution degree from Texas State Technical College, certification by the Association of Energy Engineers as a Certified Energy Manager and as a Certified Energy Procurement Specialist.
