Christi Frizzell has over 13 years of convenience marketing experience.  She is currently responsible for driving retention and increasing member engagement through the industry-recognized Speedy Rewards® loyalty program of Enon, Ohio-based Speedway SuperAmerica LLC. The company operates almost 1,600 convenience stores in nine states -- Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, South Dakota, Wisconsin and West Virginia – primarily under the Speedway and SuperAmerica brands and employs over 19,000 people.

Christi joined Speedway SuperAmerica in 1995 as a store manager after receiving her Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University.  Since joining Speedway SuperAmerica, Christi has held various category management positions.  In December of 2006, Christi assumed her current role as Manager of the Customer Relationship.  Christi’s team is focused on customer communications, data analytics and program development designed to build and retain customer relationships.  Her work directly impacts a significant portion of the approximately 2.4 million customers that visit Speedway SuperAmerica on a daily basis.  The Speedway brand was recognized in 2009 by a renowned national study as the most valued gasoline brand in the country.
