Jeffrey A. Foti is a business analyst and developer for The Pantry, Inc.  He has been involved with The Petroleum Convenience Alliance for Technology Standards (PCATS), North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries (NASPL) and the lottery pilot program since August of 2007. Through his work at The Pantry he has helped develop and maintain numerous applications across many different corporate departments.  This includes an internal web application to help with the reconciliation process of lottery statements.  Jeffrey holds a B.S.  in computer engineering as well as a B.S. in electrical engineering from North Carolina State University.
