John Feldman joined Kum & Go, L.C. as Vice President of Construction in 2005. John brings twenty-plus year of engineering, construction, facilities, and energy management to Kum & Go. John’s primary focus is the coordination of design and construction of 20 to 25 new and raze and rebuild stores annually.

John has a passion for integrating continuous process improvement into store construction. His unique background has helped Kum & Go develop a reputation for short construction time frames, energy efficient designs and high value-to-cost construction. Kum & Go recently submitted two new stores to U.S.G.B.C. for LEED certification under John’s guidance.

In addition to Kum & Go, John is active in his community through involvement with local schools as a past School Board member (North Polk Community Schools) and vocational education committee member. He has served in a number of leadership and teaching positions in his church and enjoys finding ways to positively impact the lives of young people.

John earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from Drake University.
