Sudarshan works as a Principal Development Lead in the SQL Server group at Microsoft. Sudarshan has 12 years of experience in development of distributed systems with special expertise in data synchronization. He is currently working on database replication within the enterprise and with Microsoft’s storage solutions in the cloud. At Microsoft he spends most of his time planning for future products and managing a team of Software Developers.

Sudarshan has a Bachelors and Masters degree in Computer Science and is currently enrolled in an executive MBA program.
