Randy Case is the Chief Information Officer for Fastrac Markets L.L.C.  Fastrac Markets operates convenience stores in central New York State. The company operates 43 locations and supplies fuel to many dealer and wholesaler accounts throughout New York.  Randy’s Information Technology experience is rooted in the supermarket industry and joined the convenience store industry three year ago. Randy has implemented many payment system solutions over the years including the launch of gift card offerings; self branded credit cards, loyalty cards, and the installation of a central payment processing switch.  Most recently Randy launch of the Fastrac Gasoline Discount Card that is an ACH payment card offering. Randy holds a Masters of Business Administration from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Columbia College. . He is also on the board of Syracuse University Center of Business Information and Technology (CBIT) program. He has extensive experience with project planning and management, combined with a working knowledge of retail technology innovation in the retail sector.
