Lynn Call is a Vice President and CIO of Maverik, Inc. Lynn joined the family business in August of 1986 after attending Brigham Young University and working for Novell, Inc. in Provo Utah. Lynn started at Maverik as a software developer and has seen a tremendous amount of change in the technology world over the years. He has been involved in projects such as implementing a cash register scanning system in the early 90's and then migrating to Radiant Systems centralized price book, point of sale, and back office system a few years later. In 2007 Lynn lead a project where his team networked all stores together using HughesNet Broadband solution, implemented an ISD centralized credit switch and upgraded to Radiants latest version of RPOS. Maverik stores now have real time access to daily reports, email, company intranet, labor scheduling, underground tank gages, remote support, marketing flat screen video content and are in the process of selecting and implementing an enterprise back office and price book system to compliment a newly implemented Oracle financial suite. More recently Lynn lead his team in becoming PCI compliant in December of 2007. He now leads 23 highly skilled technology professionals of which are members of the Network Services team, Software Development team, Retail Automation team, Technology Support team, and the Fuel Technology Maintenance team.
