David Bones has over 30 years experience in the voice, data and communications services industries and is currently with Vendor Safe Technologies. For the past 3 years he has provided strategic market direction to Vendor Safe Technologies. His primary focus has been the C-Store Space, representing VST’s suite of services and product.  He is an industry expert and consults with the market leaders interested in outsourcing their PCI DSS compliance.  He has participated for several years on the Data Security Standards Committee for PCATS, working to establish data standards as relates to PCI DSS for NACS members.

Most recently he was with Verizon Business, as a Premise Equipment Specialist for the Corporate Accounts, focusing on all levels of voice and data equipment and consulting to Verizon’s largest customers.  He has managed top technical sales organizations and personally consulted many Fortune 500 corporations on multi-million dollar voice and data projects while working with major voice and data equipment manufactures to accomplish the customer’s expansion and goals.  David graduated with a Bachelor degree in Business Management from Texas A&M University.
