Tom Bell is the Vice President of IT for Certified Oil Company based in Columbus, Ohio. Certified Oil Company, founded in 1939, currently operates 81 stores in Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia and also provides fuel for over 60 dealer locations throughout the state of Ohio. Tom’s primary responsibilities include strategic direction and operational oversight of the companies IT functions. In 2009, Mr. Bell, along with the Senior Management Team he is a part of, unveiled a new retail image for the company along with the Certified Savings Program that rewards customers with fuel and merchandise discounts. Tom started his IT career in 1979 as a Computer Operator for Certified. Now, 32 years later, he is the VP of IT for the company.
