Loren Allston 
Senior Project Manager

Loren Allston is the Senior Project Manager in The Pantry IT Department and serves as the Company’s Director of the Project Management Office (PMO).  The PMO Team primarily focuses on the company’s strategic projects that typically involve significant change or impact to the business in form of business process reengineering/development and technology.  He has over 17 years of experience in providing advisory/assurance services with an emphasis on supporting business initiatives and operations.  He has extensive experience with project planning and management, combined with a working knowledge of new product innovation, information technology and supply chain management methodologies. Loren holds a Masters of Business Administration from North Carolina State University with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Economics from State University of New York at Brockport. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT).  Loren also is an instructor of leadership and business best practices based courses in the NC State Executive Education Program.
