How to Exhibit
Complete the entire Exhibit Space Application (PDF) in full to include:
- Your company name as you wish it to appear on all NACS materials
- Your tradeshow contact name and mailing address
- Size of booth required and choices from the Floor Plan - please do not concentrate choices in one area.
Note: Space is sold on a first-received, first-assigned basis. First choices are not guaranteed, but every effort to assign comparable space is made. List competitors or types of companies from whom you desire separation.
Sign the Exhibit Space Application
NOTE: For your company's protection, be sure to carefully read the Exhibit Terms and Conditions (PDF) which are a part of the Exhibit Space Application. This document will be available online for download once the exhibitor prospectus is mailed the week of November 3.
When signing, you legally obligate your company to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Anyone representing your company at NACStech must be made aware of the Terms and Conditions and the general information that affects the operations of the Exposition. Unfamiliarity with the Terms, Display Guidelines and all regulations of your on-site staff will not warrant waivers of any guidelines. Booths being set up in violation of the Display Guidelines will be required to be brought into compliance during set-up.
Mail the completed Exhibit Space Application to NACS with a deposit equal to 1/2 the total booth cost.
A deposit of one-half of the booth fee must accompany the application. Final payment of the balance due of the rental is due upon receipt of the invoice from NACS and/or by February 13, 2009.

Applications will not be accepted by fax.
Deposit payment may be made by check (payable to NACS), MasterCard, Visa or American Express. Please be advised that due to the additional processing required, if deposit payment is made via credit card, the application will be delayed by at least one business day - the date that funds are verified by the credit company will be considered the date of receipt.
Booth Size
Standard booth size is 10' x 10', unless otherwise noted on the floor plan.
Booth Rental Fees
$24 per square foot for NACS members
$34 per square foot for non-members
Booth Fee Includes
- Two (2) complimentary full conference registrations (includes sessions and all receptions and meal functions) per 10' x 10' booth for employees of your company. Additional personnel may register for the full conference for $225 or as booth personnel for $95 (The booth personnel fee includes access to food and beverage functions.)
- Listing on NACStech on-line at www.nacstech.com, the NACS owned and operated industry Web-site.
- Listing in the NACStech 2009 Program and Directory including your company name, address, contact information and product information.
- 8' high draped back wall and 36" high side rails (in-line booths).
- Company identification sign measuring 44" wide by 7" high displaying your company name, city, state and booth number (in-line booths).
Space Assignments
Space assignments are made on a first-received, first-assigned basis, in date order that applications and the required deposit are received. Booth space cannot be reserved over the telephone, via fax or without the deposit. No assignment, guarantee of specific space, or "holding" of space will be made until the actual Exhibit Space Application and the 50% deposit are received.
When booth space is assigned, NACS will send the assignment and invoice for balance due to the exhibit contact listed on the application. Allow 10-14 business days for confirmation of space application.
Exhibitor Services and Shipping
An exhibitor kit containing all forms necessary to order furnishings and services as well as shipping instructions will be mailed in mid to late February 2009.
