Becky Smith has been the Director of Human Resources for Wallis Companies since 2004. Her career at Wallis began in July 1997 when she started as the Training Coordinator after graduating from what is now University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, MO with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education.

Becky received certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) in December 2002, and since May 2003, she has been a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She attended the NACS Leadership Executive Program at Cornell in 2009.

Becky is a regular attendee at the NACS HR Forum and has previously served on the committee planning the event.
