Foodservice Track
In an effort to further develop a strong educational offering at the NACS Show 2010, the Committee, led by Chairman Dave Carpenter, President of J.D. Carpenter Companies, Inc. has identified eleven tracks that correspond with attendee interest areas. Each track is overseen by a retailer with expertise in that area. Track Leaders are responsible for the educational content for each workshop within their track, including, but not limited to: workshop topics, facilitators, speakers, and content. Jim Bressi is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI. Jim is a true Food Guru with a special passion in the intriguing field of Molecular Gastronomy. Although a classically trained Chef, Jim has a special ability to bridge Food Science to applicable everyday meals that are wholesome, taste great and best of all…sell! Among Jim’s areas of responsibilities with Kwik Trip, Inc are Food Branding, Graphic Design and Packaging, Food Marketing and Menu Development. Jim carries his passion for food into all areas he serves and is truly a great innovator in our industry.
