These workshops are only open to individuals from companies operating 1-4 stores to provide them with the tools necessary to stay competitive within the industry. Individuals interested must be registered for the NACS Show and fill out the separate registration form to attend these sessions. There is no additional cost to attend these sessions. Small Operator Certificate Program: Led by Mark Wells, President, LJT Management Services, Inc., these sessions are designed for companies with 1-4 stores. Individuals completing all four courses in the Small Operator Certificate Program will receive a certificate of completion and a complimentary NACS State of the Industry Report of 2008 Data. Individuals can attend one or all four sessions and registration is required for each. Class size is limited to 35 participants per session.
