This course provides a basic overview of the principles of food safety as it relates to food handlers using the ServSafe® program. Tara Paster of Paster Training, Inc. will lead a class that will prepare participants to demonstrate improved food safety practices in their operations. Reduce the likelihood of becoming the epicenter of a food borne illness by ensuring that you and your company are taking the proper precautions. This course has been proven effective to reinforce employee programs and adherence to state and local regulations. Attendees will receive a certificate of completion at the conclusion of the workshop. Class size is limited to 50 participants and pre-registration is required. Walk-in attendees will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
