The NACS Leadership Challenge Program brings the brightest supervisors in our industry together each year to learn and develop their leadership and management skills. They are a group that values integrity and commits to developing their employees as well as themselves into better leaders. In this session, three project groups will present six months of research, addressing key operational issues for convenience retailers.
