The NACS Leadership Challenge program brings the brightest supervisors in our industry together each year to learn and develop their leadership and management skills. This session will feature six months of research by this year's scholars addressing key operational issues for convenience retailers. Topics will include customer service, turnover, marketing and mrchandising challenges.
