Every business should have a customer loyalty program that thanks the customer and makes them want to come back and spend more. There are many different types of loyalty programs that a C-store owner can deploy. Which one is right for your business? This session will focus on options that retailers have for starting loyalty programs and key items that retailers need to review when considering loyalty programs. Retailers will discuss why they decided to implement a loyalty program, what general criteria they had for the program and the results of their programs.
