Joseph A Zay III has been an Environmental Scientist with Environmental Alliance, Inc. since 1995 and is the Vice President of Operations.  Mr.. Zay brings over 16 years of first-hand experience to the engineering, hydro-investigation and environmental consulting industry.  Mr.. Zay has managed site investigation/remediation projects ranging from large industrial facilities to retail gasoline stations.  The various projects have been conducted under the scrutiny of federal or state oversight throughout the United States.  His efforts on petroleum projects began while working in the maintenance crew for Buckeye Pipeline Company while obtaining his undergraduate degree from Penn State University.  At Environmental Alliance, Mr.. Zay has supported retail gasoline station environmental projects ranging from a “big” oil portfolio to an individual dealer.  With the transition of sites from large corporations to jobbers, and eventually dealers, Mr.. Zay has been intimately involved with the detailed aspects of the environmental requirements associated with the completion of a real estate transaction.
