Iris Yost is a franchise owner of five 7-Eleven locations in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has been in the convenience store business for 20 years.  Along with her husband Barry, they have raised their family in the 7-Eleven convenience store business.

Iris is currently the vice president of her local Franchise Owners Association and sits on the National Board.  Her perspective is unique since she is a small business operator in partnership with the premier convenience chain.  She has spent the last two decades focusing on the development of relationships between vendors and operators.  Iris believes now more than ever, the dialogue between small operators and vendor suppliers are vital in developing opportunities.
