Phyllis was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, and graduated De Paul University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration-Sales and Marketing.  She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), a member of the  Human Resource Association of Greater Oak Brook, and a member of the Palos Chamber of Commerce.

Phyllis has held the position of National Director Corporate Affairs with Power Mart Corporation since its inception and has held the same position with Power Buying Dealers USA, Inc. for the past 15 years.  Previous to joining PBD USA, Phyllis was Vice-President of Superior Carpet Sales and Service.

Some of her many responsibilities include Liaison, Program Development, Marketing, Advertising, Financials and Human Resources.  She feels that it has been a privilege helping to design the new franchise “Power Mart” and has been able to negotiate vital programs for marketing new strategies.  

For Phyllis, creativity has always been a priority, which has paid off with innovative ideas in advertising and new concepts.
