Scott Wood is currently the interim Executive Director for the Petroleum Convenience Alliance for Technology Standards. Prior to this, he was the Director, Standards Development & Maintenance where his primary responsibilities were to work with PCATS members to define, develop, and maintain the electronic commerce standards used in the convenience and petroleum industry. Scott has been working in the C-Store industry for 15 years as a software engineer on forecourt and POS solutions. He has been developing software for a diverse range of industries since 1980.

Scott lives in New Braunfels, Texas with his wife Amy and their two teenagers Hunter and Regan. He enjoys working from the home that he and his family built overlooking the Texas Hill Country. When not working, Scott enjoys competitive running and cycling. He is also active in the community helping several charities raise funds through competitive running events.
