John Wilkins is VP of Retail Strategy at Miller Zell, a retail design and strategy firm. At Miller Zell John focuses on shopper insights and customer-engagement strategies for retailers in several channels. His group has spent significant time on understanding which aspects of Green Marketing consumers believe and which ones they question. Before Miller Zell Wilkins spent 15 years in private label and brand development in the Apparel Industry where his clients included companies such as Aeropostale, Nike, and Abercrombie & Fitch. He also spent several years at FedEx working on retail and fashion industry supply chain issues. John holds an undergraduate degree from Princeton University and an MBA from the University of Georgia. He intimately shares Miller Zell’s goal of Making The World A Better Place To Shop.
