John joined Quick Chek in 1978 as an assistant manager, growing through the operations ranks from assistant manager to district leader. From 1993 to 1997 John developed and chaired Quick Chek’s ongoing relationship with Children’s Miracle Network. In 1998, he was promoted to Director of Operation for Region 1, and then to Vice President of Operations Region 1 in 2001. In 2004, John was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Merchandising.

Prior to joining Quick Chek, John grew up working in his family grocery business, and it was there that he developed his love for people and products. John has been married to his wife Deb since 1982, with one son Michael. Is his off time, John is a musician, and loves to spend his days playing, listening, and writing. He is also an avid reader.
