Bonnie starting working with information for the Foodservice Industry in 1981, the year she joined The NPD Group.  Prior to her current role as The NPD Groups’ Restaurant Industry Analyst, she was Director of Client Development servicing a broad range of clients including both foodservice manufacturers and restaurant operators.  Client Development representatives specialize in understanding the dynamics of the Foodservice Industry and meet regularly with clients to present Industry trends, understand their business needs and challenges, develop joint strategic information plans and deliver issue orientated analysis.  She speaks frequently to industry and management groups both nationally and internationally.

Bonnie’s experience and knowledge of the Foodservice Industry has enabled her to serve as The NPD Group, Restaurant Industry Analyst.  In that capacity, she develops and produces content for Industry Briefs, Topical Reports, Press Releases and Conference Speaking Engagements.
