Quinn Ricker is the Director of Operations of Ricker Oil Company based in Anderson, Indiana . As Director of Operations he is responsible for daily store execution, long term operational strategy, business intelligence and IT infrastructure at Ricker Oil.

Ricker Oil Company operates 30 Ricker’s convenience stores and 19 ampm convenience stores in Indiana. The company is perhaps best know by it’s customers for its “Ricker Pop” beverages.

In addition to his responsibilities at Ricker’s, Quinn is involved with the Madison County Community Foundation, Rotary and sits on the Madison County Chamber of Commerce Board.

Quinn earned his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. After graduating he spent fives years as a stock broker/investment advisor for Charles Schwab and Bank One. After returning to Ricker Oil Company in 2005 he obtained his MBA at Anderson University.

Quinn’s is married to Shelley and has two boys, Alex and Will.
