Stephen Quinn’s passion for creating inspired programmatic design solutions strongly influences Integrate’s conceptual development process. Over the firm’s 22 year history, Quinn has advocated for processes that objectively clarify and expose a brand’s values and personality. He believes even commercial design work, made well, can emerge as elegant and enduring statements for businesses or institutions. Under his direction, Integrate forges distinctive and relevant visual identities by honing to simplicity the promise a brand makes to its constituency. He encourages his team to use design thinking as a means to solve real business problems in a meaningful and authentic way.
Prior to founding Integrate in 1989, Quinn was a senior designer for one of the early international pioneers of retail design, Retail Planning Associates. His many clients over the years have ranged from multinational corporations to entrepreneurial start-up firms and include brands such as J.P. Morgan, Certified Oil Company, Gildan and Bob Evans.
