For over 25 years, Tara Paster has proven her leadership and training skills in the hospitality industry, holding positions as Regional Training Consultant, General Manager, District Manager, Director of Marketing, and Director of Operations for such companies as the Marriott Corporation, H.T. Rose Enterprises, Inc., Roy Rogers, and Lake Norman Brewing Company. She is currently the President of Paster Training, Inc., a Pennsylvania-based company that specializes in “on-site” training and classroom instruction for food safety, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point), alcohol intervention, hospitality, and management. She is an Expert Witness for food and alcohol related incidents.
Tara Paster is the Author for two HACCP books published by John Wiley & Sons (“The HACCP Food Safety Training Manual” and “The HACCP Food Safety Employee Manual”). She is a Certified Professional in Food Safety (CP-FS) and a Food Management Professional (FMP) who speaks nationally on HACCP, food safety, and responsible alcohol training. She is also the Associate Member Industry Representative on the Executive Board of the Central Atlantic States Association of Food and Drug Officials (CASA).
