Gabe Olives is currently the Vice President of Information Technology and Petroleum for Turkey Hill Minit Markets, a chain of convenience stores based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Turkey Hill which currently operates over 245 stores in the eastern half of Pennsylvania was founded in 1967 and has been part of the Kroger family of stores since 1984. Gabe has worked in a variety of capacities for the company since 1984 including Store Operations, Construction and Marketing in addition to his current duties. He graduated from the University of Scranton in 1984 with a BS degree in Biochemistry.

He is the current Chairman of the Petroleum and Convenience Alliance for Technology Standards (PCATS) and serves on the NACS Technology Council. Gabe also is very active with the Pennsylvania Food Merchants Association, a trade association representing the Supermarket and Convenience industries. He resides in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania with his two children.
