Jeff is Vice Chair of the NACS Member Services Board Committee. He is also a 5‐star NACSPAC member, on the first NACS Coca‐Cola Leadership Council, and a past member of NACS' Leadership Committee. Miller Oil Co. has participated in NACS' SOI Index, Ideas 2 Go 1999 and My C‐Stores Online pilot.

Jeff is very active in the community, currently serving as chairman of the Norfolk D’Art Center, member of the executive committee of Towne Bank, Norfolk, director and member of the Executive Committee of the Greater Norfolk Corporation. He is past chairman of the Hope House Foundation, which cares for adults with mental retardation.

Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in international relations and economics from American University in Washington, D.C. He and his wife Connie are the parents of three children: Lindsay, Matthew and Alanna.

Miller Oil Co. operates 45 Miller's Stores and Miller's Neighborhood Markets, and an additional 110 dealer’s site, all of which sell motor fuels, from Virginia Beach west to Northern Virginia as well as Florida. It also operates Miller Heating Oil, Heating and Air‐conditioning, Commercial Fuels. Miller Oil Co. was founded in 1977 by Jeff's father, A.C. (Gus) Miller, when he purchased Exxon Co. USA's home heating oil business. The company's greatest growth took place during the 1980s when the company made the Inc. magazine list of 500 fastest‐growing companies three times.
