Tracie Lilly serves The Spinx Company as Chief People Officer.  Tracie’s responsibilities include guiding the development of its human capitol to deliver the company’s vision through human resource functions and risk management.  Tracie was originally hired by The Spinx Company in March of 1998 as Risk Management Coordinator and was promoted to Director of Human Resources prior to her current position.  Tracie also serves on the SC, Greenville County Workforce Investment Board.  Her past experience includes account representative for Interim Services in Atlanta, GA and Regional Recruiter for County Seat. Tracie received a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Edinboro University. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources Management (PHR) through the Society of Human Resource Management. In her free time, Tracie enjoys spending time with her family, reading and hiking.
