Leroy Kelsey has been with NACS since 2007 and contributes to the analysis of the industry’s most comprehensive database of information, the annual NACS State of the Industry report. He also conducts surveys and develops new tools and metrics to benefit NACS members.

Prior to joining NACS, Kelsey worked for the Eastern Division of Safeway, where he was responsible for a labor database covering 180 locations and 18,000 employees, labor/cost control, analysis, logistics and reporting. He also has worked as an industrial engineer and business analyst at Intel, Motorola and On Semiconductor.

Kelsey earned a B.S. in industrial engineering from North Carolina State University, and an M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins University.
